By browsing the catalog, adding items to your browser cart, or submitting checkout, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy linked in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit orders.

We sell consumer electronics and digital tools only; these Terms do not cover unrelated services.

Our representatives may refuse orders that appear fraudulent or incompatible with regional radio requirements.

Promotional badges on product cards describe temporary pricing, not permanent guarantees.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate name and email information at checkout. We do not operate password-protected consumer accounts on this static site; order history lives in correspondence between you and our representatives. You are responsible for keeping your email accessible so activation messages and fulfillment notes arrive safely.

Product descriptions

We describe phones, laptops, audio gear, smart home devices, cables, and digital licenses using bench observations and manufacturer materials. Specifications can change without notice when vendors revise hardware silently. We pause or update listings when we detect material differences in ports, batteries, or included accessories. Photos show representative units; minor cosmetic variance may occur within the same model run.

Compatibility statements assume factory firmware unless we explicitly note otherwise.

Battery health on refurbished units is graded and printed on the packing slip when applicable.

Water resistance ratings follow manufacturer labeling; damage from misuse voids those claims.

Pricing and payment

Displayed prices use a dollar sign and whole numbers unless otherwise noted. Taxes, recycling fees, or import charges may apply depending on your region and will be confirmed by a representative before payment is collected. We do not store card numbers on this website; payment instructions follow offline confirmation for your security.

Digital goods

Software licenses, creative suite subscriptions, and downloadable tools are delivered by email after checkout validation. Digital goods are non-returnable once activation codes are issued or viewed. You are responsible for meeting stated operating system and hardware requirements before requesting a key.

Seat sharing beyond vendor limits violates both these Terms and software agreements.

Keys tied to a specific email cannot move without vendor-approved transfer flows.

Hardware fulfillment

Electronics ship after compatibility review. Serial numbers are recorded for warranty support. You must inspect packages on delivery and report transit damage within the window stated in your confirmation message. Failure to register warranties with manufacturers when required may limit coverage even if Spoonbill Decal supplied the device.

Returns and restocking

Sealed hardware may be returnable within the period communicated in your order email if serial labels remain intact and all accessories are included. Opened earbuds, hygiene-sensitive wearables, and custom-flashed devices may not qualify. Restocking fees apply to certain categories when packaging is damaged. Digital products follow the non-return rule above.

Return shipping labels, when provided, must be used within the stated window or fees may apply.

Missing chargers or styluses reduce refund amounts according to the published parts list.

Smart home devices that were paired and installed may incur testing fees before restock.

Cart and local storage

The shop cart uses browser local storage. Clearing browser data removes cart contents. We are not responsible for lost carts on shared devices. Checkout clears the cart after successful validation as described in our shared scripts.

Warranties and repairs

Manufacturer warranties apply where available. Spoonbill Decal may facilitate RMA logistics but does not guarantee repair timelines controlled by third-party service centers. Accessories such as cables and chargers carry limited warranties noted on their product pages.

Bench notes we attach are advisory and do not extend manufacturer coverage by themselves.

Third-party screen protectors or mod chips may void warranties; we warn when listings note tamper seals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spoonbill Decal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of electronics purchased here, including data loss, downtime, or incompatibility with third-party accessories not sold by us. Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order as confirmed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site in ways that degrade service, attempt to bypass checkout validation, or resell digital keys in violation of vendor agreements. Misrepresenting serial numbers or return reasons voids return privileges.

Disputes and governing framework

Parties attempt good-faith resolution through contact us before pursuing formal remedies. These Terms describe commercial expectations for electronics orders rather than abstract platform rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply to orders placed after the update unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Smart home and IoT expectations

Hubs, sensors, and locks depend on vendor clouds, local protocols, and your network configuration. Spoonbill Decal confirms box contents and firmware baselines but cannot guarantee that every automation survives router upgrades or app redesigns. You are responsible for maintaining backups of automation scenes where the vendor allows export. Security-sensitive devices should use unique passwords and segmented networks as described in manufacturer hardening guides.

When a vendor deprecates a protocol, we publish migration notes on affected listings and may offer trade-in paths when inventory allows. Installation services are not included unless explicitly stated in your order confirmation.

Audio and creative software bundles

Headphones, interfaces, and digital audio workstations interact with operating system drivers and third-party plugins. Compatibility lists on product pages reflect bench testing with mainstream configurations; uncommon virtual machines or beta operating systems may fall outside support. License bundles may require periodic online validation even when projects are stored locally.

If a vendor changes subscription terms mid-cycle, Spoonbill Decal passes along official notices but does not control retroactive pricing. Keep export archives before major upgrades to avoid losing access to session files tied to deprecated formats.

Force majeure and supply constraints

Component shortages, logistics delays, and manufacturer recalls can postpone shipments or require substitution with equivalent or better models at the same confirmed price. We will not substitute down without your approval. Digital deliveries may queue during vendor maintenance windows; representatives communicate expected activation times when known.

Canceled preorders release any hold instructions communicated offline; we do not maintain deposit balances on this static checkout flow.

Community and reviews

Star ratings displayed on cards aggregate owner feedback collected after delivery. We remove reviews that contain abusive language or unrelated spam. Submitting false return reasons to manipulate inventory may result in declined future orders.

Inviting friends to buy through share links in the footer does not alter pricing or create affiliate ledgers on this site.
